Terms of INTO's Service
(hereinafter „REGULATIONS”)
§ I. General provisions
- The owner and administrator of the website intoapp.pl, hereinafter referred to as „Service” is INTO APP Prosta Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw at the following address: Al. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warszawa, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001018516, with NIP number: 7011128598 and share capital in the amount of PLN 100,000.00, hereinafter referred to as „INTO”.
- The website is run by INTO in connection with the provision of admission ticket sales services, hereinafter referred to as „Tickets” understood as the paid right to participate in public events of an entertainment, sports and cultural nature, e.g. concerts, fairs, exhibitions, hereinafter referred to as „Events”.
- The organizer of the Event is an entity independent of INTO. The Regulations apply only to the sale of Tickets for Events via the Website. INTO reserves that the regulations of other Organizers of individual Events or other ticket sellers for Events organized by other Organizers may specify additional rights and obligations of the Customer not specified in these Regulations.
- Through the Website, INTO provides the following services electronically:
- registration of received invitations to Events,
- sale of Event Tickets,
- accepting orders for issuing invoices for the sale of Tickets,
- maintaining an account on the Website for users who are professional visitors,
- presenting advertising content tailored to their interests to Website Users,
- enabling viewing of content posted on the Website.
- INTO provides the above-mentioned services electronically to consumers, persons representing or otherwise acting on behalf of legal persons or organizational units without legal personality, as well as natural persons conducting business, commercial or professional activity, hereinafter referred to as „Website Users”, including professional visitors.
- INTO sells Event Tickets only via the Website. INTO does not sell Tickets at stationary sales points.
- In connection with the provision of services listed in the Regulations, Website Users may contact INTO by e-mail: [email protected]. The Customer Service Department is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In special cases, the working hours of the Customer Service Department may change.
- The costs of using means of distance communication to conclude a contract for the sale of Tickets for Events via the Website do not exceed the costs usually charged for using these means of communication according to the operator's price list.
- Exclusive rights to text materials, graphics, including information about Events, photos and descriptions regarding Events, including works within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, which are posted and distributed on the Website by INTO or the Organizers, belong to INTO or the Organizers.
- Users of the Website are entitled to use the materials referred to in section 9 in accordance with the provisions of law, but only for your own personal use and solely for the proper use of the Website.
- Using the materials referred to in section 9, to any other extent is permitted only on the basis of prior consent, given in writing under pain of nullity, by INTO or the Organizer, respectively.
§ II. Terms of Service
- INTO reserves the right to provide services via the Website only on the terms described in the Regulations.
- The use of the Website requires acceptance of the Regulations, expressed by the Website User at the time of creating an account or purchasing a Ticket without the option of creating an account on the website, referred to later in the Regulations.
- Acceptance of the Regulations involves the Website User submitting a declaration that he has read the Regulations and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
- INTO informs that if INTO is not the organizer of the Event, the Organizers of individual Events or direct sellers of Event Tickets other than INTO may impose additional obligations on purchasers not specified in the Regulations, including the application of Event regulations specific to the Event.
§ III. Creating an account on the Website by the Account User
- An account on the Website can be created by persons interested in purchasing a Ticket (hereinafter referred to as „Account Users”). The Account User is also the Website User.
- INTO additionally provides the Account User with the following services free of charge via an account on the Website:
- maintaining the Account User's session after logging in to the account;
- storing and providing the Account User with access to the history of purchased Tickets, access to invoices, and account management via the account;
- Creating an account on the Website is not obligatory. However, the Website does not allow the purchase of Tickets without creating an account.
- Creating an account on the Website takes place after selecting the „Register” tab and then accepting the Regulations and involves filling in the appropriate fields with the data identifying the Account User and the Account User's consent to receiving commercial information or consent to direct telephone marketing to the e-mail addresses listed in the form. . INTO reserves that expressing the above marketing consents may be a condition for using the promotional offer of sale of Tickets for the Event, but failure to express them will never prevent concluding a contract for the sale of Tickets on general (non-promotional) terms.
- When creating an account on the Website, the Account User provides the following identifying data:
- address email,
- first name and last name,
- Phone no.
- The data provided by the Account User when creating an account should be true and consistent with the current facts, as they are necessary to conclude the contract and only such data guarantee proper performance of the service provider's obligations by INTO.
- INTO reserves the right to verify the data provided by Account Users during registration.
- After registration, INTO will verify the accuracy of the above-mentioned identification data. If incorrect data is provided, the account will not be activated and the data will be deleted from the system, about which the Account User will be informed electronically to the e-mail address provided by him.
- The use of bots or other automated ICT tools enabling account registration without human intervention is prohibited.
- The Account User is obliged to secure the password to his/her account and not to disclose it to third parties. The password will be used for each subsequent login to the account.
- The Account User may change the data provided at any time after logging in to the account.
- The Account User may terminate the use of the account at any time without any further obligations, unless applicable legal provisions applicable to the nature of the service provided provide otherwise.
§ IV. Ticket sale
- The Ticket sales contract is concluded when INTO receives the payment made by the Website User. At the latest when expressing the will to be bound by a distance contract with INTO, INTO presents the Regulations to the Website Users for reading and acceptance, and in particular informs them about their rights and obligations.
- The Website User who, after selecting an Event from the list of events available on the Website, selected the „Buy ticket” option in order to receive a Ticket, is obliged to make a payment via the selected payment operator (Stripe) to INTO.
- When ordering Tickets and making payments for them, the Website User is obliged to exercise due diligence. Entering incorrect data, e.g. payment code or payer's data, which makes it impossible to identify the Website User may result in refusal to record the payment and cancellation of the transaction.
- After selecting an Event, the Website User may select the category, type and number of Tickets from the list of events available on the Website or indicate the selected place(s) on the Event venue plan (applies to numbered seats).
- Depending on the Event, Tickets may be available for sale in various price categories. Reduced tickets, family tickets, numbered tickets (for a specific place) and special tickets, including collector's tickets, are also available for selected events. Such Tickets are made available for a given event depending on the decision of the Event Organizer. The prices of Tickets for the Event are decided by the Organizer. INTO only acts as an intermediary in their sale. The organizer decides whether specific places belong to a given price category.
- Collector tickets have a unique graphic design and are available in limited quantities.
- In the case of numbered tickets (for a specific seat), the room plan available on the Website is for illustrative purposes only. Detailed information about the conditions in the room, including visibility from individual places in the room, is provided by the Event Organizer. INTO does not have information in this regard and is therefore not responsible for any inconvenience to the Website User resulting from the specificity of the place chosen.
- After selecting Tickets (seats), the Website User completes the form with identification data (or the data is completed if the User has completed it previously) and then selects the preferred payment method.
- The Website User can choose payment methods offered by the electronic payment operator cooperating with INTO.
- By selecting the payment method, the Website User confirms it by clicking the button („Buy”), which means expressing the will to conclude a distance sales contract for the Ticket and to book the Ticket for the Event at the same time. After clicking, the Website User is redirected to the website of the electronic payment operator cooperating with INTO.
- INTO sends the Website User confirmation of payment registration and ticket purchase to the e-mail address provided by the Website User.
- After purchasing the tickets, they are visible in the „My tickets” tab and in the User's profile.
- Account Users will also have access to purchased Tickets in the „My Tickets” tab visible in the account menu on the Website.
- The reservation of seats made by the Website User is binding on INTO and the Event Organizer after the Website User receives confirmation of payment registration in the system to the e-mail address provided during the reservation.

- The use of bots or other automated IT tools enabling the purchase of Tickets without human intervention is prohibited. INTO reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased using prohibited tools.
- All receivables are settled by INTO in Polish currency (PLN) and Euro (EUR).
- Users of the Website have the opportunity to change or supplement the data previously provided online on their own. A request to delete data submitted to INTO at the e-mail address: [email protected] before INTO provides the service means that the Website User withdraws from the Ticket sales contract and will result in INTO ceasing to provide the service.
- For selected Events, it is possible to change personal data on a named Ticket by transferring the tickets to another User. The Website User is informed about the methods available for changing data and transferring the ticket as part of a given Event, as well as the amount of the fee at the latest at the time of booking Tickets.
§ V. Tickets for Events
- The ticket must be presented on your mobile device at the time of entry control.
- The Website User is obliged to check the compliance of the data/information included in the Ticket (i.e. name and surname, type of event, type and validity period of the document, seat number) with the placed order.
- The ticket has a unique number and a QR code that will be used for verification when entering the Event.
- If the User does not have a mobile device or if this device fails, it will be possible to verify the user using the data provided during registration on the INTO website.
- The Ticket cannot be altered, copied or, in the case of named Tickets, made available to third parties whose details do not appear on the Personal Ticket. INTO reserves the right to consider the Ticket invalid if its holder is not the person indicated on the named Ticket.
- During the sale of Tickets for a given Event, the pool of Tickets may be increased (further Tickets may be added for sale) or decreased. The sale may also be completed before the start of the Event.
- Ticket prices may change during the sale. Therefore, in the event of cancellation of the Ticket reservation by INTO due to the Website User paying the fee for the Tickets after the deadline or the failure of the electronic payment operator to confirm the payment for the Ticket on time, INTO will not be liable to the Website User for the inability to purchase Tickets at the selected time. by the Website User at the original price (especially if the price of Tickets for a given event increases in the meantime).
- Additional fees may be added to the price of Tickets for individual Events (in particular, a service fee expressed as an appropriate percentage of the total purchase price or fees introduced for individual Events). The Website User will be informed about the amount of additional fees and the total purchase price of the Ticket before being allowed to purchase the Ticket for the Event. Additional fees are intended, among others, for: to cover the costs of operating the Website and the costs of electronic payment operators cooperating with INTO. Lack of consent to an additional payment to the applicable original Ticket price expressed after purchasing the Ticket does not constitute grounds for a complaint or cancellation of the reservation.
- The costs of electronic payment operators covering the initial transfer of the Website User referred to in this section are not refundable, even if the regulations of the Organizer of a given Event specify the possibility and procedure for returning tickets.
- INTO does not allow the resale of purchased Tickets by Website Users. INTO reserves the right to cancel resold Tickets and refuse participation in the Event based on the resold Ticket.
§ VI. Invoices and bills
- Invoices for the purchase of Tickets are sent together with the Ticket to the e-mail address provided by the Website User.
- If you wish to order an invoice or bill after the Ticket purchase process or to correct the invoice or bill for the Ticket, the Website User should send the data needed to issue the invoice or bill or correct the invoice (i.e. entity details, transaction number, event name and gross price). ) along with your request to the e-mail address: [email protected]
§ VII. Conditions of participation in the Event
- The Organizer and the owner or manager of the facility where the Event takes place are entitled to refuse entry if the Event participants violate any provisions and conditions of participation in the Event established by the Organizers.
- The Organizer, owner or manager of the facility where the Event takes place is entitled to carry out Ticket inspections and occasional security inspections in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law.
- INTO reserves that an Event participant who is late for the Event may not be admitted to the Event, taking into account the regulations of a given Event.
- INTO reserves that an Event participant who uses photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones, smartphones) without the Organizer's consent may not be admitted to the Event or asked to leave it.
- INTO informs that during some Events the Organizers may use special effects such as fireworks, sound, audiovisual and light effects, which may pose health contraindications for some people (e.g. epilepsy), and prolonged exposure to noise may damage hearing.
§ VIII. Responsibility
- The Website User is fully responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data provided, including any consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect data provision.
- INTO is not liable for the consequences of negligence or disclosure by the Account User of the account access password and data to unauthorized persons.
- INTO is not responsible for any problems in using the Website resulting from problems on the Internet beyond INTO's control.
- INTO reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Website for technical reasons (failures, maintenance works, etc.). The Website User is not entitled to compensation for this.
- INTO is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the service only to the extent of the damage suffered by the Website User (excluding lost profits), unless the non-performance or improper performance was due to force majeure or the fault of the Website User or failure to comply with the provisions of the Regulations.
- INTO, as the seller of Tickets, and not being the Organizer of the Event, is not responsible for the cancellation, partial closure, shortening or postponement of the Event by the Organizers. In such cases, the Website User who purchased a Ticket via the Website has the right to request a refund from INTO in the amount of the (gross) price of the purchased Ticket, in accordance with § IX section 3-9.
- INTO may terminate the contract at any time, with immediate effect, in the following cases:
- the Account User provides false registration data when creating an account;
- the Website User makes services available to other persons in order to obtain financial benefits without INTO's consent.
§ IX. Ticket Returns
- If it is not possible to use the Tickets for reasons attributable to the Website User or an Event participant, the purchased Ticket valid on a given day of the Event is not possible to exchange it for a Ticket valid on another day of the Event, and INTO does not refund the amount due for the unused Ticket, even if such a wish was expressed before the ticket validity date began.
- The Website User concluding a contract via the Website, i.e. off-premises or remotely within the meaning of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) is not entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, referred to in Art. 27 above Act.
- If the regulations of the Organizer of a given Event specify the possibility and procedure for returning tickets, INTO will refund the prices for Tickets to the User in the case and to the extent of the amounts received by INTO from the Organizer for this purpose.
- If INTO receives reliable information from the Organizer about the cancellation of the Event or change of its date or time, INTO will immediately forward this information to the Website Users.
- If you wish to return the Ticket in connection with the cancellation of the Event, the Website User should inform INTO by e-mail to the following address: [email protected], providing information about the intention to return the Ticket and the Ticket's identification data, e.g. Ticket number and User's data. The refund of the price for the returned Tickets (without taking into account the costs of electronic payment operators covering the initial transfer of the Website User, referred to in § V section 8), may only be made after INTO receives information about the intention to return the Ticket.
- The price for the returned Tickets will be transferred to the bank account number from which the payment for the Ticket was made, unless the Website User clearly indicates another account number to which the price should be refunded.
- In the event of a change in the date of the Event, the Organizer, via INTO, will offer Users seats for the selected Event on a different date (subject to availability) with a value corresponding to the value of the originally purchased Tickets, unless the regulations of the Organizer of a given Event provide otherwise or the Website User is entitled to a refund of the Ticket.
- If you wish to return the Ticket in connection with the change of the date of the Event, the Website User should inform INTO by e-mail to the following address: [email protected], providing information about the intention to return the Ticket and the Ticket's identification data, e.g. Ticket number, User's data. The price for returned Tickets may be refunded only after INTO receives information about the intention to return the Ticket. The price for the returned Tickets will be refunded to the bank account number from which the payment for the Ticket was made, unless the Website User clearly indicates another account number to which the price should be refunded.
- Return of Tickets or their exchange, in cases other than those referred to in section 3-8 above are not possible.
§ X. Obligations and rights of INTO as the administrator of the Website
- The administrator of personal data of Website Users is INTO. INTO takes appropriate (technical and organizational) measures to protect the Website and the data set resulting from the registration of Website Users, protecting them against burglary, theft, destruction or other unauthorized use by third parties.
- Website Users' data will be processed by INTO in accordance with the provisions applicable to the protection of personal data. INTO undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Website Users' data.
- Detailed rules for the protection of personal data of Website Users and Account Users are specified in the INTO Privacy Policy posted on the Website.

§ XI. Complaint procedure
- INTO informs that it is not the Organizer of the Events for which it sells Tickets. Therefore, complaints regarding the course of such Events should be submitted to the Organizers of these Events. Complaints regarding the course of Events should be submitted in accordance with the regulations of a given Event.
- Each Website User has the right to submit a complaint in matters related to the operation of the Website and the performance by INTO of services ordered via the Website.
- Complaints should be expressed in writing and sent electronically to [email protected]
- The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt by INTO.
- INTO reserves the right to proportionally extend the deadline specified in section 4 if consideration of the complaint requires obtaining additional explanations from the Website User or if INTO encounters technical obstacles beyond its control (failure of the IT network, equipment, etc.).
- A response to the complaint will be sent electronically or by post to the appropriate address provided by the Website User in the complaint submission process.
- If INTO does not accept the complaint, the Website User may use extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. The Website User may seek help from consumer organizations and municipal or district consumer ombudsmen. Detailed information on the possibility for the Website User who is a consumer to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, are available at: www.uokik.gov.pl.
- The Website User who is a consumer also has the option of using the EU ODR online platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=PL
§ XII. Final Provisions
- The Regulations are valid from July 1, 2024.
- INTO undertakes to inform about any changes to the Regulations and publish its uniform text on the website intoapp.pl, in advance.
- In matters not regulated in the Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, including in particular the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
- Any disputes that may arise between the Website User and INTO, the amicable solution of which proves impossible, will be resolved by a local court of competent jurisdiction.
- For the resolution of disputes with foreign contractors, the text of the Regulations in Polish is accepted as binding. The law applicable to the interpretation of the provisions of the Regulations is the law in force in the Republic of Poland.
